Payments are normally received in respect of monies lawfully due in terms court decrees and contracts. Accordingly refunds will normally only be due where there is an overpayment or where a payment is made by a third party without authorisation. Upon verification of either of these situations, Nolans solicitors will endeavour to issue the refund within 14 days. If the funds have already been paid over to the client, then the client will be liable to provide the refund.
